Daily Schedule
This schedule is meant to give you an idea of your child’s day. Actual times and activities may vary depending on time of the year, weather, age and temperament of the children. Age-appropriate activities are scheduled with the flexibility allowed to respond to the needs of each individual child and their various ages.
7:30 am - 8:00 am Drop-offs
8:00 am - 8:45 am Breakfast
8:45 am - 9:15 am Circle Time
9:15 am - 11:00 pm Learning centers/ Small group activities
11:00 pm - 11:30 pm Outdoor play*
11:30 pm - 12:30 pm Lunch Time
12:30 pm - 2:30 pm Nap or Rest Time
2:30 pm - 3:00 pm Cleanup/ Handwashing for snack
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm Snack time
3:30 pm - 4:15 pm Outdoor play*
4:15 pm - 4:30 pm Cleanup/handwashing
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm Free play/ story time
5:30 pm [Closing] Pickups

Nap Time
For healthy growth and development, it’s essential for children of all ages to have time to rest or enjoy quiet activities during the day. At our home childcare, your child will rest in the afternoons for two to three hours or longer, depending on their needs and according to Washington state child care licensing regulations.
Children who don’t sleep are encouraged to read a book, play with puzzles, or participate in other quiet rest-area activities.
Depending on your child’s age, we provide cots for rest time. Children must bring their own blanket, and may also bring a personal soft toy or other rest item if they wish. Please take your child's blanket home every Friday to be cleaned, and label all personal rest items with your child’s first and last name.
